MailChimp Suspends Patriot Writer. Subscriber Database Inaccessible!

I'll give you five guesses which Patriot Writer they suspended.

First GoFundMe came for little ol' me, then MailChimp came for little ol' me. Isn't that just da $hit!?!

I'd heard of MailChimp suspending only one other account: Virginia Citizens Defense League but they're big! They're well known! I never actually expected them to come after AMERICA: The Blog. Should I take it as a backhanded compliment!?!

If I don't seem too upset, Patriots, that's because I'm not. (Well...a little.) But I'm trying to count my blessings. You see, this attack on Free Speech couldn't have come at a better time.

Blessed!

It's like Fraulein Maria said with a deep sigh when she was kicked out of the Abbey: "When the Lord closes a door, somewhere He opens a window." That's a lesson I learned the hard way recently.

Remember when GoFund Me suspended me a month ago? I freaked! Sheer, bloody panic. Then I discovered GiveSendGoEatPrayLove's (whatevah!) awesome functionality...and you wonderful patriots made sure the new fundraiser started with a bang! Thank you!

That's when I learned my lesson. If something goes awry, nosh a bunch of Ashwaganda/GABA/L-Theanine gummies (works for me!) and try to stay calm. It means The Good Lord has something better for you. (What it is, I have no idea. Are there any pro-Patriot bulk e-mailing services!?! If you know of one, please let me know! [email protected])

Still, it was a bloody shock when I tried to log into MailChimp this morning only to see a message that my email address "is not associated with any Mailchimp accounts." Being pre-coffee at the moment, I tried a few more times before finally connecting the dots and searching my Gmail for an explanation.

There it was. Short and sweet: "Your Mailchimp account...has been suspended for violating our Standard Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. Please review our policies for more information on the types of content we don’t allow (mailchimp.com/legal/terms/)."

If you want your database, you have to ask for it.

Coming just seven days after MailChimp charged me $79.99 for a month's worth of service I won't be allowed to use adds insult to injury. (I'll bet you dollars-to-donuts I don't get a refund!)

I was tempted to get really upset but then I decided to count my blessings. Here's the update I wrote for GiveSendGoEatPrayLove (whatevah!):

Why Was I Suspended?

Honey, your guess is as good as mine. You've been getting my emails. You tell me: What do you think I did so wrong!?!

Advocate Violence? Absolutely not. Violence is pretty stupid although a little bird tells me that Warren Buffet is paying bussed-in protestors handsomely for every citation the police write them. And I got that from one of our brave officers who's been writing the citations!

Physical Harm? Hells no. Never have, never will.

"Content that is, in our sole discretion, materially false, inaccurate or misleading...about important events, topics or circumstances."

Oh! You mean that President Trump actually won the November Election. "Misleading" info like that. Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner!

In other words, my Free Speech to share the truth with opt-in subscribers is being infringed and I'm being charged $79.99 for the privilege of MailChimp violating my Constitutional Rights.

Anybody know a good pro-bono Constitutional lawyer!?!

Screaming in the Wind

Writing an article with no ability to send it to you is like screaming into the wind. The only voice coming back at you is your own. I'm going to miss sending you emails and especially finding hilarious memes to make 'em fun. Hopefully this silence won't last too long.

While I'm searching for a patriot-friendly bulk emailing service, we'll have to go Old School and rely on smoke signals, pigeon post and the Pony Express. Of course, there's always social media and, if I'm very very lucky, aggregators like The Liberty Daily or WhatFinger may pick up this article.

Today MailChimp came for me. Tomorrow, they may come for you. Our best defense is to treat companies like MailChimp how we treated Coca-Cola. I hear they recently lost $4 billion in market value. Well, shucks darn! Can't imagine how that happened! LOL

Patriot dollars are just as power as Liberal dollars. I've learned the hard way to only do business with companies that support the Constitution!
