Camelot Interrupted: May the Trump Family's Goodness, Grace and Glory Soon Return

Maybe I just wasn't paying attention. Maybe it happened...and they're trying to erase history à la the Mandela Effect. Maybe all-of-the-above.

"If only President Trump's overwhelming re-election win had been honored," I often think, "we'd be living in Camelot now."

But then I look back and think, "But it didn't seem like Camelot during his first four years in office."

Partly, it's my fault. Maybe it was Camelot-ish and I just wasn't paying attention, wasn't enjoying his Administration to the fullest.

But mostly it's the fault of the Loony Left and RINOs who fought him so viciously, that it became painful to watch him, always so embattled, always on the defensive, always stonkered at every turn. The political drama obscured so many of the glorious moments of the Camelot that President Trump and Melania were painstakingly trying to create.

All those beautiful moments of White House pageantry...the holidays, state dinners, etc. How did I miss so many of them? Was anyone reporting on them or was I watching the wrong news venues or...or...or?

President Trump and Melania are high-class-on-steroids. Always impeccably dressed, fulfilling White House protocol and traditions with the utmost in good taste and dignity with reverence for our history and veneration for the White House which a former President described as "the best house, because you go there to serve."

Here are a collection of videos of the glory days from President and Mrs. Trump's Camelot. Beautiful moments for us to cherish and relive as we wait patiently for the goodness, grace and glory of Trump's Camelot to return and finally be fulfilled.

The First State Dinner in Camelot

On April 23rd, 2018, President and Mrs. Trump welcomed French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Trogneux to the White House for the first State Dinner hosted by the Trump Administration.

This was the first time France had been the Guest of Honor at a White House State Dinner since 2014 and Macron's first visit to the Oval Office.

According to ABC, "...first lady Melania Trump donned a full-length black Chantilly lace Chanel Haute Couture gown, hand painted with silver and embroidered with crystal and sequins."

Mrs. Macron was elegantly garbed from head to toe, top to tail in Louis Vuitton. She had Vuitton on her her Vuitton.

But enough about haute couture. Let's get down to brass tacks. What did they have to eat!?!

President Trump toasted the event with these beautiful words: "May our friendship grow even deeper, may our kinship grow even stronger, and may our sacred liberty never die,” while Macron pulled fun by pointing out that after the British torched the White House in 1815, "James Monroe then had the brilliant idea of decorating in French furniture, a man of taste."

Unlike previous Administrations, the Trump White House only hosted two State Dinners. State Dinner #2 of 2 welcomed Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, and his lovely wife, Jenny Warren, to the White House on September 20th, 2019.

USA Today wrote, "President Donald Trump, who famously hung up on Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull during a protocol-shattering phone call just a week after taking office, gave the red-carpet treatment to Turnbull’s successor, Scott Morrison, at the White House on Friday."

Vanity Fair seemed more interested in politics than couture only mentioning that Melania was clad in an "off-season muted seafoam green J. Mendel dress."

The weather was perfect for an outdoor dinner in the Rose Garden with a refreshing menu. Writing for the Washington Post,  Emily Heil described it thusly:

The bounty of produce that will be served to guests in the Rose Garden includes sunchokes, which will be served roasted, pureed and encased in ravioli, and dressed with a lemony Parmigiano-Reggiano sauce. Bonus veggies come in the form of shavings of sun-gold carrots, baby kale and sunchoke chips atop the first-course pasta dish.

The entree, the aforementioned Dover sole, served with a fennel mousseline (a rich, hollandaise-adjacent sauce) has a classic feel. It’s accompanied by summer squash blossoms [zucchini aka courgette], whose green and gold hues echo the decor — and, certainly not coincidentally, the colors of the guest country. Hyperlocal sourcing is in effect, with herbs from the White House garden topping a rouille, a mayonnaise-like condiment spiked with garlic.

Also in the traditional category is the dessert, a gussied-up apple pie made with Lady apples from Pacific Northwest and Mid-Atlantic trees. The tart is accompanied with a scoop...of ice cream spiked with Calvados, an apple brandy that offers a double dose of the trademark American fruit.

Although there were only two official State Dinners, President Trump welcomed 103 world leaders to the Oval Office or Mar-a-Lago for Meetings and Working Visits from 2017-2019. A quick Pivot Table of the data on History.State.gov shows the following countries were welcomed: Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, People's Republic of China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Hungary, India, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, South Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Mongolia, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Palau, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, St. Lucia, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.

Obviously, there would have been much more if the Plandemic hadn't happened.

Valentine's Day in Camelot

When President Trump first threw his hat in the ring for the Presidency, the Mainstream Media had a field day throwing shade on his marriage to Melania. Their message was clear: "How could a gorgeous young Slovenian model like her truly fall in love with a much-older, balding, loud Conservative like him!?! It must be his money. He's a sugar daddy and she's arm candy," the media finally concluded.

Four years later, I think we all understand exactly how it happened. Melania didn't need him. She was doing just fine as a model. No, she fell in love with his extraordinarily mind and his huge heart, just as the nation did during the last four years.

Perhaps we didn't realize how much we loved him until that dark day last October when all the Trumps were stricken with COVID-19. The response of the massive crowd outside at Walter Reed and those of us there in spirit was a shock even to President Trump. While the nation wept and prayed, my Michael summed it up best: "Reagan was liked," he said with awe, "but Trump is loved."

Valentine's Day isn't a "big deal" at the White House so here are some videos about the Trumps' relationship.

But the best by far is the Valentine's Day banner that was flown past Mar-a-Lago this year. It expressed what all of us feel: "We love you Prez Trump."

Easter in Camelot

Watching O'Bidet  smother the Easter Bunny in a face mask while addressing a crowd as imaginary as his identity, his election and his inauguration made me wonder how the Trump White House celebrated Easter.

Every year, the weather was perfect as they tipped their Easter Bonnet to both the sacred and the secular, celebrating the fun of being a kid at Eastertime at the White House.

Unlike the O'Bidets, the National Anthem was sung every Easter and you gotta love a patriotic Easter Bunny who places his fuzzy paw over his fuzzy heart! (In 2018, he was played by U.S. Navy Commander Richard Lawlo.)

Once again, we see how comfortable (and NON creepy) President Trump is with children and how lucky all the little Trumplettes are to have him for their grandfather.

2020: "The Lord will be your Everlasting Light."

Not only was the Resurrection of our Savior being celebrated, but Easter 2018 was also a Q Proof. A patriot asked Q to prove themselves and their lines-of-communication with the Executive Branch by asking Q to ask the President to use the phrase "tippy top" in a speech. As always, Trump came through, immediately and repeated it twice in his Easter 2018 speech without turning a hair. What a great actor!

This year, after issuing a hilarious Easter Press Release, the Trumps attended the 11:30 a.m. Easter Service at Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach, FL.

"Jeff" wrotes this about seeing President Trump: "Wanted to share a little update on President Trump. I went to Easter service and it turns out that President Trump and Melania were at 11:30 a.m. Easter service at Christ Fellowship in Palm Beach County. I went to ask a question to someone I thought was working for the church and I realized this guy looked razor sharp and obviously was part of security...for the record they preach Jesus and have a huge heart for God, the founding pastor everybody calls coach Tom because he was originally a college football coach."

The Trumps later received a standing ovation at Mar-a-Lago to shouts of "Mister President" and enjoyed a beautiful Easter with their grandchildren, including an Easter Egg hunt.

Memorial Day in Camelot

Most years, the President commemorates Memorial Day with a speech and wreath laying at Arlington National Cemetery.

But 2019 was different. Wrapping up a trip to Japan, President Trump delivered a speech to the troops aboard USS Wasp stationed outside of Tokyo.

This year, patriots are organizing a Trump Parade on the water for Memorial Day, at the request of Dan Scavino.

Independence Day in Camelot

There are some days in life that are unforgettable.

My most unforgettable days have one theme: Freedom.

I'll never forget the day in 2011 when I was finally granted my freedom by those who had held me against my will. That freedom turned out to be partially limited by them still so it wasn't until Michael appeared in 2012 that I finally experienced full, total, 100% American Freedom.

To fall in love and realize true freedom on my 32nd birthday is a heady drug I'll never forget! For the first and last time in my life, I was "high." "High" on love and "high" on freedom. It was the happiest day of my life! Nine days later we were married and spent the first day of our honeymoon trip at Mount Rushmore! The mist cleared just long enough to snap this pic.

Americans everywhere felt a similar joy on Independence Day 2020 held under the shadow of Mount Rushmore. There President Trump delivered one of his most unforgettable speeches followed by fireworks!

It's shocking how difficult YouTube has made it to find full coverage of the Independence Day Celebrations with President and Mrs. Trump. Compiling the video clips for this article took over twelve hours. I tried, Patriots. I really tried.

Thanksgiving in Camelot

Now we all know President Trump is a carnivore and turkey is one of his favorite proteins. But of course he continued the whimsical tradition dating back to President Lincoln in 1863 of pardoning of Thanksgiving turkeys. The lucky birds then live out their natural lives in Gobbler's Rest at Virginia Tech. Only in America, eh!

On a side note, can you believe how much Barron has grown since 2017!?! Good genes there!

Christmas in Camelot

I don't care what religion you are, everyone loves Christmas. I don't mean the Christmas of family fights, rampant materialism and credit card debt. I was very lucky not to be raised with Christmas presents so to me the Spirit of Christmas was always strong. The Christmas of Tiny Tim. The Christmas of Clarence getting his wings. That Dickensian type of romantic Christmas.

Christmas at the White House couldn't be more beautiful and there's a lot of footage of Melania receiving the Christmas tree, giving the tour of the decorations but for this article, we'll focus on President Trump's Christmas Address to the nation at the Christmas Tree Lighting. His speech writer deserves a medal!

...and in conclusion...

There are innumerable events the Trumps hosted during those wonderful four years in their Camelot. Hundreds. Too many to show here.

Wherever, whenever and however our Constitutional Republic is restored with the true President chosen by We the People, until then may God protect and keep President Trump, Mrs. Trump, their children and all the little Trumplettes so their goodness, grace and glory may bless the United States of America and restore Trump's Camelot once again.
