Confession: I don't like to buy 'work pants'. My reasoning is that I like almost everything in my closet to do Double Duty. I know not everything can be like that, but I try to buy items that I can wear in many ways. Enter the Ryder pant. It is like a hybrid between a standard work pant, leggings, and jeans. The fit is kind of like a skinny jean, the stretch is that of a legging and the material is that of a work pant.
The material is lightweight, but can really work year round. This is definitely the Perfect pant for a young professional since it is inexpensive, well fitted and can serve double duty at both work and on the weekends! As far as sizing goes, they run true to size. I am in a size 2.
As for the top, you last saw it here, when I tucked it into a skirt. Finally, you can see it fully-- isn't it so cute?! I Love it! I think it works well in this wear-to-work look, but looks equally great with skinny jeans and flats for a weekend look! It's under $100, too, so it makes a great pick-me-up to refresh your wardrobe!
Lastly, the bag is a work staple for me. These are truly the best totes. They are durable, super cute and have the perfect amount of interior pockets. Not to mention the leather details make it chic and luxe. I just got one for spring (seen here) and cannot wait to use it more... I've already received so many compliments!
What is your favorite wear-to-work pant?! I would love to know-- I am always looking to try something new!
