Beautiful bride Siobhan and gorgeous groom Ross got married in the springtime, and were blessed with a beautifully sunny day. I fell in love with Siobhan’s bouquet of ranunculus, freesia and eucalyptus with tiny narcissus and eucalyptus – it’s perfect for springtime and every bit as gorgeous as a summer bouquet.
Orchardleigh House is a stunning venue in North Somerset with fabulous, lavish rooms, the perfect venue for a romantic English wedding. Driving into the estate and along the winding driveway to the main house there’s a real wow moment that gives you a feeling of excited anticipation.

Both Siobhan and Ross were getting ready at the venue which meant I was able to get a few shots of them both getting ready. After hanging out with Siobhan, her family and her bridesmaids for a bit and capturing the hubbub of activity as everyone got ready along with a few details I headed over to find Ross and his boys.

It was a pretty calm morning all in all until the boys realised that none of them knew how to tie a bow tie which they were all meant to be wearing! Fortunately I do and was on hand to give them a little assistance!
It was a very emotional ceremony, with lots of tears all round. I cried like a baby at my own wedding so I always like it when a few tears are shed, it just shows how much of an emotional day it is!
Ross is a professional chef and so rather than having the menu that Orchardleigh house provided he set and prepared his own before the big day! The staff simply plated everything up and served it. As many of the guests were also professional chefs Ross was a little nervous about it all going down well but the general consensus seemed to be that it was all delicious!
