You must have heard of my lovely friend Sheryl at Oobaloos Photography. She’s written great articles for the English Wedding Blog, and had her real weddings featured on our pretty pages many times! A passionate, hardworking and talented reportage photographer from Gloucestershire who shoots weddings all around the south west, Sheryl is a wonderful new addition to my team of handpicked sponsors. I’m thrilled to welcome her, and excited to introduce her to any of you who haven’t seen her beautiful images before today.

“Wedding Photography is my passion. I also really love purple and want it to be the Pantone colour of the year soon!
My style is unobtrusive reportage for most of the day and I pride myself on nipping through the formal group photos quickly and efficiently, leaving the rest of your wedding to unfold naturally.
I adore the newlyweds shoots! I want to create images of you both that could have jumped straight from the pages of a bridal magazine. This eye for emotional imagery has had my work published in print and on various wedding blogs.
If you have stopped here looking for a sprinkle of Oobalove, a dash of the eclectic, a pinch of quirky and a touch of whimsy in your wedding photography then you have come to the right place.
I watch, all the time, for true emotion, whether it is laughter, tears, or that moment when you look at your partner in a whole new light, and with your eyes, say “we did it”!
“Romantic, timeless and emotional work, Sheryl feels every emotion with you and sees the world through her rose tinted lens”
My passion for photography really took hold after the birth of our son, Bailey. Since then I have grasped every opportunity to shoot, learn, grow and ended up here, absolutely loving shooting weddings. They excite me!
I arrive with my brides in the morning ready to have a blinding day! I am a bubbly person with a quick laugh and a natural ability to make people feel at ease, and with that comes effortless magical images.
I love to watch how my couples interact with each other and I then shoot their wedding accordingly. So that being said, no two weddings will ever look the same.”
I’m so excited to be making plans with Sheryl to share much more from her on the English Wedding Blog in the coming months. Expect the most beautiful imagery, heartfelt words of wisdom – and lots of Oobalove!
