Let me tell you, this product doubles down as one of the best face primers I have ever used.

The Nivea Men Sensitive Post Shave Balm is designed for sensitive skin, so it has Vitamin E, chamomile, and witch hazel extracts in it. Again, while the original intended use is for men after they shave their faces, it works perfectly as a makeup primer for your face.

You get 3.3oz of product for just under $7.00USD, making this a major beauty bargain. A small amount of product goes a long way. The product itself looks and feels like a lotion, but it is very lightweight. Upon applying it to your skin, you feel a light cooling effect that is not only super soothing but incredible for waking your skin up in the morning! It absorbed quickly and left my skin feeling really nourished and silky smooth.

I applied my foundation immediately after using the Nivea Men Sensitive Post Shave Balm and it glided on so easily that I was amazed. I actually needed to use less foundation to get the same amount of coverage I usually want. I also found that my foundation looked much more natural. I have combination skin, so I was curious as to how this would work on different skin types. It did not make my skin oily or greasy whatsoever and it hydrated the parts of my face that needed moisture.
