Daily Affirmations and Gratitude

I started doing morning journaling in early April. My reason: my motivation to work was dwindling and I felt like I needed a pick-me-up. I did a little bit of research (I suspect I’m an overthinker), and compiled a list of daily questions I could try to ask myself every day. 

Two of the questions/statements from my daily journaling are: 

  • What are three things I am grateful for today?
  • Daily affirmation.

My reason for sharing some of my Affirmations and gratitude with you is to inspire you to find your own things to be grateful for and to find the strength within yourself that you need. So here we go!

Things I’ve been grateful for lately…

  • My family’s health
  • Sunny bright days
  • Rainy days
  • Walks
  • Good books
  • A good sleep
  • Spring
  • Text messaging
  • My funny friends
  • Jam
  • Country drives
  • My moving body
  • Good news
  • Online recipes
  • Moms’ baking
  • Sweet treats
  • The internet
  • Netflix
  • My fiance
  • Tea
  • My foam roller
  • Night walks in the summer
  • In-suite laundry
  • My balcony
  • Easy travel within our province
  • Ice cream
  • Online trainings
  • Happy memories

Daily affirmations I’ve used lately…

  • I am going to be okay.
  • I am worthy of investment.
  • I am inspired!
  • I am living my life.
  • I am a boss.
  • I am going as fast as I need.
  • I am strong.
  • I have time.
  • I am brave.
  • I am capable of making the right decision.
  • I am doing good work.
  • I am ready to take the next step.
  • I am on the right path.
  • I am making the right choices for me.
  • I am happy right now.
  • I am moving forward.
