Revive really hit it out of the park with their summer Essential oil box this year! I really liked last summers box, and you can see my review of all the boxes I've received under the essential oils tab.
(I skipped this spring box this year, because I knew there would be a lot of floral oils and that's just not my thing.)
When I saw the preview for this box, I knew I was going to love it!
Here's what was in the box:
Cabana
Blend of: Orange, Virginia Cedarwood, Ho Wood, Palmarosa, Lavandin, Lemon, Lime, Bergamot, Balsam Fir, Labdanum, Patchouli, Eucalyptus, Peru Balsam, Juniper Berry, Rosemary, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Star Anise, Galbanum, Cinnamon Bark, Rose, Roman Chamomile, Davana and Vanilla Extract.
What's not in this blend?! This one is fresh and clean with a hint of floral. Floral isn't my favorite but there is a warmth to this that makes up for it.
Sweet Summer
Blend of: Bergamot, Balsam Fir, Grapefruit, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, Lemongrass and Cedarwood Essential Oils.
Super sweet smelling, and mood brightening! The Ylang Ylang is coming in hot so I'll probably just do a few drops of this one at at time.
Getaway
Blend of: Gurjun Balsam, Lemon, Dalmatian Sage, Hyssop, Ho Wood, Clementine, Osmanthus, and Wintergreen Essential Oils.
The best way to describe this blend is citrus meets mint. It's very refreshing and energizing.
Orange Essence
Contains: Citrus sinensis
Both Blake and I love this one! It smells exactly like you just peeled a juicy orange. Unfortunately I accidentally tipped this bottle and lost quite a bit. 🙈 I can see myself repurchasing this a lot in the future.
Eucalyptus Radiata
Contains: Eucalyptus radiata
I had already planned on purchasing a eucalyptus oil in my next Revive order, so this was great timing. It's supposed to be a softer eucalyptus, and I love that!
Starfish Passive Diffuser
By far my favorite piece of this quarterly box! This is a plaster star fish that you drop a few drops of your oil of choice onto - and it absorbs the smell and passively diffuses it. Love that concept, and I think this could be great in a bathroom or other small space that needs refreshing. It's definitely smaller than I expected, but so so cute.
