The following text has been received by numerous residents in the city today. The link takes users to a website (thepollingplace.qualtrics.com) seemingly part of EMC Research.

In at least one case, the Phone was not a Framingham number so someone or some organization provided info that a phone number belongs to someone living in Framingham.

In another case, a recipient called the office of the Mayor, and they were not aware of a Survey, but were checking internally.

Nothing in the survey gives information on who is paying for the survey, however based on the questions, we have reason to believe that either the Spicer or Sisitisky campaign is behind it. We are leaning towards pegging this one on Charle.
