FU’s Running List of Victories against the Corrupt Framingham Mayor & Her Henchmen

Notice the mass exodus of employees from the top levels of this administration. The reason they are leaving is that they know how close they are until the jig is up. This does not mean that the Mayor isn’t running in the fall, she is just too deluded by the power she had amassed to this point to recognize the walls collapsing around her. Those who can, are finding jobs elsewhere and leaving, and those who cannot and suddenly becoming more open and honest, in hopes of retaining their positions when the next administration takes over.

MEDICAL EXEMPTION

In requesting records from Todd Palmer, the city claimed that one Record was withheld under an exemption for medical information. We called bullshit as Todd Palmer’s fake “disability” is just that… fake. The State sided with us and ordered the city to release the document in 10 days.

CURRENT INVESTIGATION EXEMPTION

In requesting the case file version of the straw that broke Brian Simoneau’s back, we were denied under a claim that this was a current investigation and that disclosure might prejudice this investigation. We knew the CJIS case was closed. We knew Simoneau was “on vacation” to use up all his vacation time, after which he would resign. The case had ended, and he was aware, and was taking steps to end his career with his head high, via resignation, before the records that ended his tenure would come out. We fought this complete withholding of the case file and won. The city must release the documents in 10 days.

CITY CITED A IRRELIVANT LAW

In requesting EZPass data on the mayor’s Vehicle, fuel use, safety inspections and other vehicle related repair files, the city chose to withhold the EZPass data. They cited a law that pertains what the Mass DOT/EZPass themselves can release to persons. This law did not pertain to what municipalities could share about accounts relating to vehicles they own. We appealed this matter and won. The city must release the documents in 10 days. This was such an egregious stretching of the law that the case reviewer for the state wrote, “I find it is unclear why the City is withholding records in its own possession.
