Remembering Patti Deutsch 1943 - 2017

Comedic actress Patti Deutsch, who died Wednesday at age 73, was best known as a celebrity panelist on the 1973-79 CBS game show, Match Game. She was a member of the Ace Trucking Company improvisational comedy group who were regular performers on the 1969-71 ABC variety series, This Is Tom Jones. Other television credits include CBS's The John Byner Comedy Hour (1972), NBC's Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In (1972-73) and the NBC comedy series, Grandpa Goes to Washington (1978-79). She later did voice-over work, which included such cartoon series as NBC's The Smurfs (1984-86) and ABC's Capitol Critters (1992-95) as well as the animated films, Jetsons: The Movie (1990), The Emperor's New Groove (2000) and Monsters, Inc. (2001). Deutsch also made a cameo appearance as the "Deli Girl" in the 1983 comedy, Mr. Mom.
