Tiffany and Laura get drunk from a bottle of brandy. Later, Laura nearly falls over the side of the boat after Scotty sabotages a deck railing, and Heather escapes from her jail cell.

Almost everyone in town attends Rick and Lesley's engagement party.




Monday, December 7, 1981
Joe confronts Alice, who finally breaks down and admits that she accidentally shot Diana in an attempt to keep Diana from killing Heather. Luke and Ruby tell Bobbie that Noah's uncle, Senator Martin Drake, is investigating them.

Rick and Lesley want Lee Baldwin to defend Alice, but he recommends Scotty for the job.

Milton Berle makes his debut as Tiffany's agent Mickey Miller, whom she and Laura meet up with in New York City. When he offers Laura a screen test for the new Miss Star Eyes commercial, Tiffany is green with envy. Meanwhile, Alan wants to start divorce proceedings, but his lawyer advises him to return to Monica.




Friday, December 11, 1981
Scotty soaks his and Laura's divorce papers in water. Heather is set free when the judge sentences her to six months probation.




Monday, December 14, 1981
Luke finally gives Laura his blessing to do the Miss Star Eyes screen test. While wrestling on the floor, Alan and Monica's anger turns to passion.




Tuesday, December 15, 1981
The DA at Scotty's request decides to set Alice free. After Scotty plants a story in the papers about Laura and Miss Star Eyes, Luke pays a visit to society columnist Bea Barrett.




Wednesday, December 16, 1981
After learning that Alice is leaving Port Charles, Heather persuades her mother to stay and give her another chance. After Noah is unable to say "I love you", Bobbie slips and falls in his kitchen and then reveals that she can't see.

Tests show that no physical condition caused Bobbie's blindness. Lila wants Robert to help track down a woman.




Friday, December 18, 1981
After Bobbie reveals that she faked her blindness to see how much Noah really cared for her, they break up. David Gray, a mysterious man with a bewitching sapphire ring, begins following Laura.




Monday, December 21, 1981
Bobbie tells Luke she's leaving Port Charles to make a fresh start, while Laura celebrates her 20th birthday and wins the Miss Star Eyes contest.

Heather begins working in the admissions office at General Hospital, and Joe is later furious with her when she tells everyone that he asked her to marry him.

Rick and Lesley Webber finally remarry, while Dr. Bradshaw offers Bobbie a head nursing position at a NYC hospital.
