Relationships are a very important, crucial even, part of life. Connections with others give us comfort. Sometimes even purpose.

Relationships after stoma formation can feel complicated. It is NORMAL not to want to talk about it. I didn’t even want to acknowledge mine existed, so I certainly did not want to talk about it!

In this blog, I share some tips for dealing with those unwanted negative emotions, so that you can move forward. 

I've also included some Body Confidence Tips, because being uncomfortable with your new body and stoma is often the root of some of that negative emotion.
