The sun is shining brightly, the blue waves gently crashing along the shimmering sand, the breeze softly blowing on the palm trees! Such a Perfect day for a wedding! Breanna and Taylor chose the perfect day and place for tying the knot. Catamaran Resort is a paradise destination just a few steps from the Pacific Beach. This Polynesian-themed elegant oceanside resort features lush tropical gardens and a private beach with amenities like a signature restaurant, patio lined with tiki torches, fire pit tables, and the Catamaran Spa. Paul Douda Photography beautifully captured all these priceless memories in timeless photos.

Events Inspired executed the wedding plan with perfection. Every detail brought a signature of excellence, an ambiance of love and happiness, and a touch of romance and sweetness to this glamorous wedding event.

Whimsey Florals accentuated the already amazing view with white florals along the aisle. Petals were scattered along the pathway for the bride to walk on.

Flour Power created a delicately decorated white cake with fresh white roses on the top tier. To include their fur friends in the occasion, a tiny custom dog bite was made at the base of the cake. No less than a sword was used to slice the cake for the bride and groom to relish on.

After the vows were said and sealed by a perfect kiss, the couple exited under the Arch of Swords, a tradition demonstrating a pledge of fidelity from the navy to the new couple. This is the couple’s way of honoring their family and Navy roots.

The reception was both fun and emotional. Everyone had a fun time wearing their brown shirts that tied the military family to their union and the messages said by friends, brought the couple to tears. It was such a wonderful time for everyone and the memories were made to last a lifetime.
