China’s zero-Covid policy must be compatible with human rights

On 8 August, Chinese authorities publicly admitted for the first time that there were 22 Covid positive cases in Lhasa and Ngari cities, Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) in the Tibetan province of U-tsang.
