The first few days on this diet were murder for me. I almost gave it up. Who cares if I am a bit chubby? It's not THAT bad.
Truth is, I do care. My knees are bad because I am a small framed gal, who is overweight. Man, that is embarrassing to say. At age 63, I do not want to get obese or so fat that I have to use a wheelchair because of my knees. That's many do use wheelchairs or those scooters.

So I am back on My Fitness Pal- so I can journal my "adventure". In a couple of weeks, or maybe in a month I will start incorporating some "cheat days". Once a week when it's my husband's day off. Not that I plan to pig out - I don't normally do that -period. But I could have pasta or a glass of wine, or you know - something like that.
But not for awhile.
I need to keep my carbs low and my protein high.
Tomorrow I weigh myself -
