Millions of devotees are expected to flock in Manila to join the Black Nazarene procession or traslacion.  The traslacion will begin at Quirino Grandstand, Luneta Park and will traverse along Manila until the Black Nazarene arrives at the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene or Quiapo Church.

Class in all levels in Manila and work in City Hall are suspended on Monday.  The local government however clarified that those who work in the city hall involved in maintenance of peace and order, traffic enforcement, disaster and risk reduction management, health and sanitation, issuance of business permits, and collection of taxes are excluded in the suspension.
