Job Description:
Our recruitment will commence on Mon, 9th May 2016 from 9:00am IST for
Software Developer Trainee position in the Technology department of our
organization. As part of this program, we intend to interview the students of your
prestigious institute for the below requirement. We are looking forward to
interview the candidates qualified at your esteemed repute satisfying the below
criteria.

Education Criteria: 2014 & 2015 qualified B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA
candidates from CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/MECH specialization with academic
percentage of 60+% can apply. However, will consider the candidates with 60%
to 75% scores if they are exceptionally good in Core Java, problem solving and
analytical skills

Interview rounds:
1. Computer based test: Questions covering OOP’s concepts and Core Java
2. Shortlisted candidates will appear for a Technical interview on Core
Java Shortlisted candidates will receive offer letter on the same day Salary

Structure:
1. Initial 6 months, 10,000Rs Take home + PF + ESI
2. Post 6 months, appraisal on basis performance in the training and employee
quick learning ability. From then, appraisal happens every year.
3. In case employee continues working for the 4th year, we will process H1B visa
to our HQ location
­ Austin, Texas, USA. We have planned to complete all interview rounds on the same day. Request
aspirants to plan and report at the venue accordingly.

Business expectation: We will be investing huge amount in employees training to train on latest
technologies.
