how about for a second you stop just stop whatever your doing and just listen , watch , relax , smell even take a minute to use all your senses let all your worries and mistakes go.
it feels good it makes you smile because now your focusing on things around you
appreciate it in that moment because that moment might never exist again.
but just remind yourself to really grasp on to what you've got because it wont last Forever because when you do lose it , its like you've had stuff to tell them and that you just wished you could hold them
In your arms just that once because once
they are gone they are gone forever and you cant change that .
someone close to me told me to just go out and look to the sun and close
my eyes and just feel the warmth on my skin and just hear the
birds chirping and it just feels you up with joy you didn't realise something so small
could make you enjoy the little things in life.
don't waste your life worrying and stressing out try and live for the moment or its just going to be
like a battle
is life meant to be a battle?
