7815ISLAMABAD: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has emphasized the need for setting up a software park in Gilgit-Baltistan. Mr. Iqbal hinted at establishing the software park in GB during a meeting of the Central Development Working Party (CDWP). He said the fibre optic cable project, which had been initiated with the cooperation of China, would be completed this year. It will ensure provision of better information technology services to people of the remote region.
