European Exchanges Weakened; The focus on Jackson Hole

European stock exchanges weakened on the trading session Thursday, dragged down shares of mining and health sector as investor caution ahead of a speech by Federal Reserve Governor Janet Yellen on Friday which could provide clues about interest rate hikes in the US.

The lack of economic data and earnings reports in the next few days later have made investors focus fixed on Yellen's speech on Friday in the event the annual meeting of central bank officials in Jackson Hole.

Although a number of statements from the Fed officials recently gave the optimism this year's rise in existence, however traders uncertain about the time and the most confident the increase will not occur in September.

The FTSE 100 index weakened United Kingdom traded about 0.65% in range 6, 791.40, while Germany DAX index weakened more than 1% in level 10, 509.19.
