The BSE Sensex slipped 119 points to 26759 after hitting an intraday high of 27009.61. The NSE Nifty Declined to hold on to 8300 level, down 30 points at 8243. Currently 570 shares have advanced, 950 shares are declined and 75 share are unchanged. The Indian Rupee closed flat.
All BSE sectors are closed with negative leads. BSE Small Cap closed down 53 points at 12440, BSE Mid-Cap felled 34 points at 12321.
Asian markets ended on a mixed note where Nikkei225 down 66 points, Hang Seng gained 46 points while Shanghai Composite declined 11 points.
Top Gainers are Yes Bank, Kotak Mahindra, Eicher Motors, Bank of Baroda, IndusInd Bank.
Top Losers are Tech Mahindra, HCL Tech, Idea Cellular, Infosys, TCS.
