No Dream today, but at least I'm still going with the blog! Hand in hand. Palm and knuckles.
Last week I Woke up at 7 for like four days straight. Or earlier. I tossed and turned and my body refused to recognize the continued need for sleep until somehow... I guess it did, and then I woke up again, from strange and shallow dreams to the scream of the alarm, bleary-eyed and tired; annoyed that I didn't just wake up at this time in the first place. Like I'd won the races.
Why. Inexplicable phenomenon linked to the recent winter time shift? Stress? Outside noises? There really is a lot of the third category lately (they're building buildings nearby), so maybe it's a simple answer, but I like complex ones. I complicate. I comp and lick: ate.
But this week is different! Maybe I've managed the stress and come out stronger; harder to psyche. Maybe the constant doses of sulfur and manganese have health benefits outside the intended dopamine-heightening ones. Maybe it's a more complicated answer. Ants err. Humans don't. Or was it the other way around?
I saw a beggar on the train dressed up as a clown one day, btw, just wanted to say that. Props to that beggar/clown on staying creative! Hopefully they delight more kids than they scare, and people award their effort with a little cackle and coin. No con. No shackle.
Oh hey, do you want a free game? Syberia? Here you go! It's another GOG redeem code for one I happen to have a surplus of. First come first serve. If they played tennis like that...
I don't really have a conclusion to this post. There are a few links I'd like to share somewhere too, and what better place than here? They're about the unfortunate demise of Flash, and preserving it (that's another petition for you)! And Google.
I'm about to play some games now and try to not stay up too late even though I feel like I could probably just sleep right now. Good night!
