ZCorum’s CTO to hold WiFi technical session as well as conducting demonstrations of broadband diagnostics tools on the exhibition show floor in Puerto Rico.
San Juan, Puerto Rico (January 18, 2016) – ZCorum, an industry leader in the deployment of managed Diagnostics Tools and software for broadband providers, is exhibiting at the Caribbean Cable and Telecommunications Association’s Annual Meeting January 25 through 27 in Puerto Rico. ZCorum’s Chief Technology officer, Scott Helms, will also be conducting a technical session during the annual event.

Helms’ session, Current Challenges and Upcoming Advancements in In-Home Wi-Fi Troubleshooting will cover some of the key points for operators trying to troubleshoot WiFi networks. “WiFi is one of the largest drivers of customer dissatisfaction and results in large call volumes to customer support centers,” said Helms. “Being able to identify and fix common problems in home and small business WiFi networks is now possible.”
During the Annual Meeting Helms, along with ZCorum President and CEO, Julie Compann and Arthur Skinner, Vice President of World Wide Sales, will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate their suite of diagnostics tools including the newest WiFi features in their TruVizion Diagnostics Software, and a DOCSIS Proactive Network Maintenance (PNM) application called PreEqualization Analyzer. ZCorum will also be showing software-based tools for remotely viewing the full spectrum from the upstream and downstream cable plant without the need for test equipment.
