A Rapho Township man Physically Assaulted two 12-year-old Young Girls on discrete events, one in the Manheim Middle School parking Lot, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police said.
Cory Duane Cressman, 19, of the 2900 square of Lebanon Road, is accused of lawful offense assault of girls, two criminal counts of defilement of minors and wrongdoing count of offensive ambush and terroristic dangers, as per online court dockets.
The two Young girls, who were met at the Lancaster County Children’s Alliance in September, told authorities what occurred.
Cressman got a 12-year-old young girl from her home around 12:30 a.m. on January 25 and drove them to a parking area on Hostetter Road in Penn Township, where he put his arm around her and kissed her on the lips, as indicated by the affidavit of probable cause.
The young girl said she felt awkward and needed to return home, however, Cressman bolted her entryway and said she can’t leave, police said.
Cressman began contacting her and said “you realize you like it since you like me,” police said.
After, police said Cressman took steps to murder her on the off chance that she told anybody.
On April 17, Cressman grabbed two 12-year-old young girls after they escaped their home and drove them to a gathering parking area before winding up in the parking lot of the Manheim Middle School.
Cressman threatened both the young girl with a dark folding knife he kept in his glove box and instructed them not to tell police regarding escaping, as per court archives.
The young girls likewise informed police concerning different young girls they state they saw Cressman having contact with, as indicated by the affirmation.
Cory Miller, Cressman’s lawyer, said that after chats with the lead prosecutor’s office, they’ve chosen to abandon his fundamental preliminary on November 6.
Cressman is being held in Lancaster County Prison on $2M bail and has a proper arraignment planned for December 13.
