The police head of an Oklahoma town was discovered dead during a Training Retreat in Florida. The suspect? One of his officials or someone else. Who could have been the criminal at the training conference?
The body of Chief Lucky Miller of Mannford was found in a hotel on Pensacola Beach, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office said.
Mannford Officer Michael Nealey, 49, was captured and will be accused of murder, the workplace said.
Agents found the body in the men’s hotel subsequent to reacting to a call about a battle Sunday night, sheriff’s representative Amber Southard told to reports.
It is misty what prompted the battle, and authorities have not discharged a reason for death as they are still on their investigation.
Mill operator, 44, was head of police since 2007. He had a wife and three children.
We are sad by the news, Mannford Mayor Tyler Buttram stated in a Facebook post. “It would be ideal if you keep the two families in your petitions as we work to push ahead.”
I applaud the family of the victim for their patience while the investigation has been done.
Nealey is remaining to be held without bond at the Escambia County Jail. He has a court appearance listed for December 5.
