An ultra-plush mattress, for one, might sound very tempting to sleep on, but it can be a very bad option for your back over time.

This is the reason it’s recommended to sleep on and test the mattress before buying it.

Unusual Fatigue

Feeling fatigued when you haven’t got enough sleep or are overworked is understandable, but sometimes people end up with an unusual feeling of fatigue even when they are getting enough sleep.

In such cases, their mattress might be the culprit. Older mattresses tend to offer a much lower quality of sleep than their newer counterparts.

Body Aches

Many people avoid the lumps that form on their mattress as it gets old, but they fail to realize that it means the springs of the mattress aren’t functioning as they should and harming their back.
