Raje govt fulfilled over 80% promises: Parnami

Jaipur: While chief minister Vasundhara Raje celebrated the fourth anniversary of her Government in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan BJP president Ashok Parnami in Jaipur highlighted the achievements of the government by stating that over 80% promises they made in election manifesto have been fulfilled in a press conference on Wednesday.

Backing his claim, Parnami presented detailed documents highlighting the initiatives made by the government, comparisons between Raje and Gehlot-led previous Congress government.

“State has created 12 lakh jobs in the private sector and 1 lakh jobs in government sector against the promised job of 15 lakh in the election menifesto,” said Parnami. Highlighting the success of Raje government, Parnami said that chief minister has accelerated the growth of Rajasthan. “In all sectors, Rajasthan government has achieved phenomenal growth. The comparison shows that BJP government is way ahead than the previous Congress government,” said Parnami.

Underlining the progress of some of the flagship schemes of Raje government, Parnami added that state’s Bhamashah Yojana has huge beneficiaries. “This scheme has covered 5 crore 47 lakh population of the state. It has seen transition of Rs 30.26 crores in Bhamashah account holders.

Another scheme which has brought massive results is Mukhyamantri Jal Swalambhan Yojna. The first phase has covered all 295 panchayat samities and water conserved in over 95,000 water bodies,” said Parnami.

Chief minister was awarded Digital Leader of the Year along with E-Governance Initiative of the Year for Bhamashah. Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, state was awarded ODF tag for Dungarpur.
