The Nepotism debate which was sparked off months has had celebrities taking sides right up to this day. The latest celeb to join the list of actors sharing their views on the same is actress-model Lisa Ray.

Speaking to TOI Entertainment, she shared her take on the matter saying, “Nepotism Exists in Bollywood for sure, but nepotism also exists everywhere and in every industry. I think we see enough fresh talent in our country that it balances out. I mean, it might make it extra difficult for someone with no connections to get the foot in the door. But, it gives them that extra fire and motivation and I think that we are seeing an interesting mix these days of fresh new talent, that doesn’t necessarily have any connections.”

Citing Huma Qureshi and her brother Saqib Salim as an example, she continued, “I mean Huma and Saqib are also an example of that. Huma’s extremely talented and she didn’t necessarily have any family connections but she’s getting her feet in the industry.”

Lisa will be seen next in the film ‘Dobaara: See Your Evil’, which is scheduled to hit theatres on May 19.
