For the first time in the Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh, the farmers are able to pay the school fee of their children on time and is also able to pay the long standing electricity bills. The farmers are grateful for the payment of dues by the government.
In the Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh the sugarcane payment situation in the district is better than before. Farmers believe that there is a lot of sugarcane production in Baghpat, so dues must be paid on time. Farmers admit that earlier the condition of payment was not good and has now improved.
The Malakpur Sugar Mill in the district procured sugarcane worth 415 crore rupees, out of which 237 crore rupees were paid. Out of Rs 155 crore, Rs 128 crore were paid by Ramala sugar mill in the district while Baghpat sugar mill has paid Rs 115 crore out of Rs. 151 crores.
