We accidently started an office debate the other day on who we thought are the most Influential Runners that everyone should be following.

After many hours of intense debate, we’ve put together what we consider to be the a complete and balanced list of 28 influential runners that everyone should be following on Twitter. It includes professional athletes, coaches and bloggers.

When it comes to staying up-to-date with what’s hot in the world of Running, these are the people to follow.

Emz often tweets about balancing life as a mom and ultra-marathon runner. Oddly, she is one of the only people we know who actually loves running on treadmills.
