Despite a great bogey free round on Saturday for Bryson Dechambeau (the first of his Major career), he’s facing more scrutiny, rather than praise from the fans.
DeChambeau, who seems to have taken flack in the past for either forgetting to or choosing not to yell “fore” on wayward tee-shots confirmed that reputation Saturday as he knowingly bombed a drive towards the gallery.
Here’s Bryson blasting it into the gallery on purpose and not bothering to Yell Fore or signal or anything at all, despite knowing where it was going. pic.twitter.com/fLNaOp5qaD

Did he yell fore? Of course not. He bent down, picked up his tee, and carried on. Business as usual. Except, fans were not so quick to forget the lack of verbage used as his shot veered offline towards crowds of innocence bystanders.
“Unacceptable”
“Absolute disgrace”
“So arrogant”People were far from pleased with Bryson DeChambeau on Saturday at the #USOpen…

So, despite being towards the top of the leaderboard, it’s probably safe to assume he’ll be met with more of the same, rather than cheers for the remainder of the tournament.
