Are you one of those guys shouting answers at the TV during Jeopardy! Well Tuesday night golfers everywhere would have jumped all over one of the questions.

On Tuesday night’s episode, Jeopardy! was airing their Teacher’s Championship special from back on May 9th. While the episode was old, one of the questions revolved around the game of golf and would have been an easy answer for any fan of the game. The question came up in Double Jeopardy and was an $800 clue.

The question netted Eduardo the $800 the clue allotted and all golf fans became fans of Eduardo. Unfortunately for the golf fans who were watching the show, this was Eduardo’s shining moment, as he wasn’t able to hold on to the victory. The woman who picked the clue, Mary, ended up coming out on top and advanced to the semi-finals.

All was not lost for our friend Eduardo, however, as Pinehurst actually saw the show and the clue. Impressed by Eduardo’s golf knowledge they actually got together to offer him a free round of golf. So who was the real winner here? We can only hope that Eduardo plays golf as well as he knows about the game.

This goes as a pretty cool reminder that golf can pop up in almost any situation and next time you’re watching Jeopardy! you may want to brush up on your golf knowledge.
