Preparing your mind for everything beforehand is very beneficial. It is free of mess, last minute panic and of course unwanted stress. Just like, deciding your clothes on the night before you head to office in the morning will give you peaceful sleep, similarly preparing for meetings, ready with a to-do list, dividing your work and balancing stuff will make you productive.
Stick to your To-Do list.
So, all the hard work you did above, you need to stick to that. Things going different from what you have thought or have imagined always gives panic, stress and mood swings. So, it is a must to stick to the list, BUT this doesn’t mean that you are restricted. Your list should be flexible enough to have updates accordingly.
There are some tips to follow your to-do list. The second step encourages you to stick to your mind set. Now prioritize your works. You will end up being productive and happy after doing important things first.
Here is the easy formula –
Do those things first who have deadlines or are very very important.
Do things which are pending from a long time but are important.
Build your repository. You will feel satisfied if you have extra work done beforehand with you.
Divide work. Make a list of things which can be assigned to others.
Make a different list of things that can ignored at the moment. You will do them if you free.

Last but very important – Eat well
Well, you will sleep a lot on weekends, I know. But try to eat good food too. Eat junk, nobody is stopping you but balance it with healthy food to keep yourself managed. Drinking lots of water on weekends is easy. Have salad, coconut water, juice, soup, fruits, dry fruits, etc. They will help you maintaining the stamina and productivity from Monday on wards.
Weekends are very important part of our life. They give immense happiness and peace. But, they are considered as the GOLDEN opportunity to work on your body and mind. So follow these steps and be Productive.
