Our world is a Weird place. Few days ago, the Everest was proved to be a volcano. Then, Mars was observed to turn blue. And now, to add to the already quirky nature’s mysteries, we will transport the entire Mt Everest to our Cousin Planet Mars.
Faced with problems of accommodation, in a rapidly urbanising world, the urge to want more space, is omnipresent. Whether be it in the cloud storage, or the flat land occupied by mountains, we are always willing to delete what is existing, to make place for the new! But, it is a sin to delete nature’s creation. In fact, it is a sin to delete anything but our browser history. So, instead of deleting permanently, we are instead cutting and pasting the world’s highest peak onto the Martian Real Estate, which for reasons of rent-control is a friggin’ steal.
A Jumbo Mumbojet will be used to carry the mountain after being chiselled off the ground to the International Space Station. To ensure, that the ISS does not fall back on Earth, it will be tethered to the moon. Then an alien spaceship will be used as intergalactic cab service to finally deliver the mountain to Mars.
The entire project is supposed to cost 73.2 Trillion Trillion Trillion…..(Trillion times)…..Trillion Trillion Dollars and 43 cents. Who will bear the cost is not yet decided, even though, the project has already begun five days ago!
Do you think, it is a wise spend of money? If you don’t, then let us know in the comments, what would You do with 73.2 Trillion Trillion Trillion…..(Trillion times)…..Trillion Trillion Dollars and 43 cents, provided that someone provided that to you!
