Sylvie ate a Chilli once. Ever since she has been called the human volcano. The chilli she ate was no ordinary one, but a chilli of unfathomable calibre and unsuppressible heat. Anything it touched, became another chilli, but of a lesser calibre and heat.
Her mouth, which engulfed the chilli, as if it was a very passionate thing to do, became a volcano.
Why it became a volcano, is a mystery beyond the queries, the science of the present can answer. But, what the people of the present can appreciate, is that, they have never seen lava flow out somebody’s alimentary canal, in the direction it did. Very soon, they came up with ideas to utilise this property.
From then on, energy was never the limiting factor for any activity, nor the absense of it, the substance of an excuse! In fact, the last time I visited her home, I daw her selling the oven, for nowadays she heated and cooked food while she ate it!
