It’s time to fight the ballot bullies in court

( CNN) In urban Randolph County, Georgia, the neighbourhood board of elections( all two members — a third recently stepped down, according to the Washington Post) has proposed closing seven members of the county’s nine polling place ahead of the midterm elections. Connoisseurs have condemned the move, citing the massive size of the district — 431 square miles — and the facts of the case “there dont” public transportation system.

As we near the all-important midterm polls, Republicans all over the country are attaching variou efforts to block the anticipated “blue wave” of high-pitched Democratic turnout by creating legal an obstacle to voting that are able to disproportionately affect black, Latino and young voters.
It’s not pretty. In some instances, it may not even be law. But it’s a key part of how such elections will play out in November.
