The family of a 17 -year-old boy who was allegedly pulsated by Police officers in Troy, Alabama, is necessitating explanations and form camera footage of the encounter.

Police said they observed Wilkerson walking out from behind a closed business Saturday night. The patrolmen said when they tried to coming Wilkerson, he fled on foot, and they then pursued him on foot.
