This Amazing SpaceX Rocket Timelapse Shows Why People Thought They Saw a UFO

Photographer Jesse Watson made this jaw-dropping Timelapse of the recent December 22 nd SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launching from Vandenberg Air Force Base( as seen from Yuma, Arizona ).

On Vimeo, Watson justifies:

I scouted four points that had foregrounds to add degree to the imagery and was uniquely arousing to my hometown. Locating selections were between a favorite local hiking ridge, the Imperial Sand Dunes, or a small mound that resides in the historic downtown region neglecting the city. I objective up choosing the location that neglected the city, partly because it was the most wonderful to access with all of my time-lapse gear. I squandered The Photographera

s Ephemeris and Google Maps to assistant scout and initial line up.

I intention up shooting 2452 portraits and gleaned that down to 1315 likeness for the final projection revised in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
