The Best Suburbs in Dallas to Buy a Home When people talk about Dallas, what they really mean is Dallas plus all the suburbs in the area. nbsp;Suburbs like Plano, Frisco, Richardson, McKinney, Southlake, Colleyville, Westlake, Coppell and more. nbsp;So, what makes one suburb better than another? nbsp;Information concentrating on just the best neighborhoods in Dallas, Texas, can be found here. nbsp;Some factors which make one suburb more desirable than another might be cost of the homes; public schools and School district ratings; shopping, entertainment and dining; commute times to work and airports; unique things about each city, and more. In this article, we are going to count down the top suburbs in and around Dallas - Fort Worth to purchase a home. nbsp;We will talk about the criteria mentioned above and use that criteria as a sort of measuring stick for purchasing a home in Dallas. The article is written so that no particular suburb will actually be called 1, rather we will simply provide the best suburbs as a group below. nbsp;So, lets get started... nbsp; Addison Texas (Nominee for Best Suburbs in Dallas) A house in Addison is more likely to be a condo. nbsp;Even so, this is still one of the best suburbs in Dallas to purchase a house. nbsp;The average list price of a home in Addison is slightly over $600,000.nbsp; Addison is an adults playground with almost any kind of food you can imagine all crammed into about a three mile strip of restaurants and bars. nbsp;Want to know some of the best restaurants in Addison? nbsp;According to Trip Advisor, Chamberlains Fish Market Grill, Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse, Texas de Brazil, Arthurs Restaurant, Glorias Latin Cuisine and Nates Seafood and Steakhouse top the list. nbsp;Small entertainment venues also exist in Addison like Petes Piano Bar and the Improv Comedy Club. Addison is also known for its for its Kaboom Town which is a celebration around each 4th of July with fireworks, food, families and more.
