Forster previously spent nearly two decades at Publicis companies, where he held roles of president of global clients and worldwide chief operating officer, chairman and regional chief executive in Asia Pacific and Greater China at Saatchi & Saatchi. In these roles, he cultivated business units and managed global client relationships, resulting in revenue growth through the region.

Forster will be based in Singapore and will report to Y&R global president David Patton.
