Segregate spaces for different activities. Allocate spaces for flexible tasks and also for those crucial moments that demand rigorous concentration and focus.
IV. Avoid Distractions:
Sometimes open work areas can get noisy and cause a distraction during times requiring focus or teamwork. Closed office cultures support private conversation.
V. Meeting Areas are a Must:
A meeting room is a place where introverts and extroverts can communicate. Ideally, it is an enclosed formal room. Hour long meetings can result in achieving informal collaboration in half the time. This definitely works in favor of increasing the company's productivity, dramatically.
VI. Social Rooms Allow More Interaction:
It is all about the wellbeing of your staff. Employees need regular breaks in order to peak their performances, recharge and interact with others on a social level. It works for the benefit of all. Recreation time and rest areas are informal and great means of boosting productivity.
