This amazing restaurant is one of the three restaurants at the “Mar Adentro Hotel” which is designed by Miguel Angel Aragones. It is located in San Jose del Cabo in Mexico and it is a truly masterpiece. What makes the design unique is the nest like look which seems like floating on water.

The name of the restaurant is “Nido” which translated in English means “nest” describing perfectly the restaurant. The inspiration for the design is obvious and the designer wanted to add part of the nature in the whole hotel design. It is surrounded by water and connected with the other areas, like the pool, the other restaurants and the hotel with a network of walkways. This creates amazing experience while you reach the restaurant.

Another interesting fact is that the interior is bellow the water level surrounding it. The interior is all in white containing bar tables, lounges and a centrally located table running the length of it. Even more amazing experience is visiting the restaurant by night. The lights around it come on and throw a soft glow through the woven roof creating out of this world atmosphere. Also, the lights emphasize the Floating appearance of the restaurant.
