If you’ve been around at all the past few days, you know that right now the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle sale is happening.  (Did I just hear you all say it with me in stereo?)  One of questions that comes up over and over at Bundle time is what to do with the products you don’t need.  I mean, let’s face it, no matter how amazing the resources in the Bundle are, it’s not likely that very many people will find every single item a great fit.  As long as the products you’ll find useful are worth more than the cost of the Bundle, it’s a good deal.

So let me let you in on a little secret.  (Okay, so it’s not really a secret.  But not everyone knows this.)  You are allowed to give away items from your Bundle, as long as only one person owns a copy of each of your Bundle resources.  That was about as clear as mud, so let me try again.  If the ebooks in the Bundle were printed, bound books, each one could only belong to one person, right?  If you gave a book away to a friend, the friend would now own it, and you wouldn’t have it anymore.  Ethically, the Bundle works the same way.  You’re welcome to give away the books you’re not going to use, as long as you delete them from your computer so only the recipient of any given book owns it.  Cool?

So, with that in mind, certain “mini-bundles” of resources from the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle, or certain resources from the Bundle packaged with physical products you buy elsewhere, can make great gifts.  (For better giftability, you can transfer the ebook(s) to a CD or thumb drive, and that way it can be popped into a gift basket, etc.)  Since the bonuses in the Bundle are chosen to go with the resources in the Bundle, some of them make natural pairings.  Let’s brainstorm some ideas, shall we?  (Hopefully these will also get your creative juices flowing for non-Bundle gift ideas.  And if you get super-excited and need extras of these resources, you can buy multiple Bundles.  There is some overlap in my suggestions, since everyone’s needs and interests are different.)

Healthy Beauty Basket

This would be a super option for a teen.  Or a pampering basket for a relatively new mom who’s interested in reducing the chemicals in her life.

(free eyeshadow from) Orglamix + Beauty’s Dirty Secret + DIY Natural Body + Fresh Facials & Scrumptious Scrubs + Get Glowing + The Natural Beauty Recipe Book + The Natural Beauty Course

Housewarming Basket

Housewarming — ’nuff said.  The Mrs. Meyers laundry detergent & fabric softener from Grove Collective would actually be a nice gift by themselves.  Just add a ribbon to pretty them up!  Put them in a cute basket and add some wool dryer balls (homemade or purchased) if you want to get fancier.   Or if you have a new college student, you might pair them with a laundry basket!

For the Adventurous Epicurean Friend

Get Kombucha tea blend +the other supplies for making kombucha

(This one will require a significant outside expense, though, because you can’t make kombucha without a SCOBY/starter.  Unless, like me, you happen to have a kombucha starter culture sitting around as a bonus from a past bundle, that you’ve never gotten around to using.  In which case you can pop that and the tea blend inside a large glass jar, add a bow, and be good to go!  Kombucha SCOBY looks gross, by the way, which is either a liability or a benefit, depending on who the gift is for!)

For the Newly-Gluten-Free Friend

Major dietary changes can be hard.  And discouraging and sad.  Cheer up a friend with a sampling of GF ebooks that make it less scary by tackling some of the trickiest scenarios (like holidays!)

Affordable Gluten-Free Living + Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Breakfasts + Holiday Cooking: A Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Celebration

(There are lots of other gluten-free books in the Bundle, too, so this trio is just an example.)

Instant Pot

Skillet

Obviously this option and the previous one are more about jazzing up very functional gifts with ebooks from the Bundle than about jazzing up books from the Bundle, since the outside item is the greater expense!  But that just shows the flexibility there is in building gifts with Bundle contents.

Skillet Freezer Meals Cookbook + a skillet (Cast iron would be a good choice, since it’s classic, healthy, and lasts practically forever.)

Yummy Beverages

There are five different beverage-related books in this Bundle!  Obviously they go nicely together.  It would be great to put them with a nice travel mug/smoothie glass (or you could partner them with glass or stainless steel straws).  If you’re not going to use your kombucha tea blend for kombucha, you could add that here, too.
