The Benefits of an Essential Oil Diffuser

What Is An Essential Oil Diffuser ?

The Essential Oil diffuser is affordable, relaxing and healthy and it is becoming ever more popular around the world due to the abundance advantages it brings . An essential oil diffuser works through a simple oil diffusion process, which uses heat to convert oil into vapor which then diffuses in to a living space. Diffusion oil can bring a variety of relaxation and health-related benefits, including safe odor dispersion, anti-mosquito and anti-mold, stress relief and more!

What Are Essential Oils ?

Essential oils are fundamentally plant extracts. They are produced by pressing or steaming different parts of a plant (e.g. fruit, leaves or bark) in order to capture aroma-producing compounds. It can often take several kilograms of a plant to produce just a single bottle of essential oil. As well as being incredibly fragrant, essential oils have other functions in plants as well.

What Are The Risks ?

Essential oils must never be applied directly to the skin and must always be diluted with a carrier oil (e.g. almond oil or olive oil). The typical ratio is a few drops of essential oil to one ounce of carrier oil.

When performing an allergy test, dilute the essential oil in the carrier oil to twice the planned concentration and apply the mixture to a quarter of the area on the inside of the forearm and wait 24-48 hours.

It is not recommended to consume or swallow essential oils. Ingested orally,  these oils can damage the liver or kidneys.

How Should You Use An Essential Oil Diffuser ?

Place the diffuser near the middle of the room. The oil diffuser releases a fine mist of water to spread the oil around your room. Lift from the top of the diffuser. Pour room temperature water into the diffuser.

Put water at room temperature or lower than the body temperature in a small measuring cup or glass. Add 3 to 10 drops of essential oil to your diffuser. Unscrew the cap on the selected essential oil and tilt it directly onto the water storage tank.

Replace the top of the diffuser. Place the lid or housing of the diffuser back on top of the reservoir, making sure it is placed correctly.

The Benefits of an Essential Oil Diffuser

It Will Eliminate Odor

Diffusing essential oils can help eliminate family odors, smoky and musty smells. Aromatic oil can kill bacteria and fungi with unpleasant smell, thereby purifying the air.

Tobacco smoke is one of the most difficult odors to eliminate because it can penetrate all the objects in the room even when it is ventilated. The best fats to get rid of tobacco are:

  • Eucalyptus
  • Guangxiang
  • Lemon Grass

The musty odor caused by mold and mildew is not only disgusting, but can also harm your respiratory system and cause a series of health problems. The best natural anti-fungal essential oils are:

  • Lemon
  • Grapefruit
  • Clove

When cooking, the smell of the kitchen is usually strong, but the residual smell in the whole house is usually unwelcome. To eliminate the odor in the kitchen, try:

  • Lemongrass
  • Verbena
  • Vanilla

You Will Save Money Money

Using an essential oil diffuser can help you save money. When anti-viral, insect repellent and stress relief solutions are integrated into a safe product, an oil diffuser used with the appropriate oil will save you purchases that may be used to treat those annoying headaches or make children suffer Money on a headache product. Fall asleep on time.

Essential Oil Diffusers Are Safer Than Candles and Incense

Not only can you use essential oil diffusers to improve your physical and mental health, you can also improve the environment and provide safe alternatives to candles and incense! Diffusers come in various shapes, sizes, colors, lights and sounds. You can find a diffuser suitable for any room decoration and know that your house, children and pets can avoid open flames.

Pain-Relief

Although most people will tell you to apply essential oils directly to your body to relieve pain (diluted with carrier oil, of course!), you can also use a diffuser to extend its effects.

This method is an excellent way to combat persistent pain, such as headaches, joint soreness, and muscle fatigue.

Relaxation, Reduced Stress & Improved Sleep

Dispersed oil has relaxing properties and can help people of all ages fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. Not only can electronic diffusers mix and match different oil blends (try lavender, Bulgarian rose, and Roman chamomile blends to help with insomnia), they can also run with a gentle buzzing sound, helping to relieve restless minds. Many devices also come with an automatic shutdown function, once you fall asleep, it can help save oil.

Several laboratory studies have confirmed that the diffusion of essential oils such as lavender can reduce stress and help relieve anxiety in medical patients. Preliminary research also shows that oil dispersions can help relieve symptoms of depression.

An essential oil diffuser can elevate your mood

Just as diffusers can help you reduce stress, they can also be used to create vitality.

This does not only apply when you feel sad or depressed. You can use the diffuser to stimulate high emotions during the holiday season, create a positive atmosphere for business meetings and social gatherings, help you move in a slow morning, and even create a romantic atmosphere for that special person in your life

Essential Oil Diffusers can combat Bacteria & Mold

When essential oils diffuse in the air, they break down free radicals that cause the growth of harmful bacteria. For this, eucalyptus, thyme and tea tree oil are particularly useful. When it comes to fighting against the threat of fungal yeast, spreading oil is also very effective because this oil helps make the air less prone to yeasts such as mold. Pine and red thyme essential oils are best for fighting mold.

Perfect For Those Blistering Hot Days

During the hot summer season, running the air conditioner all day and all night is a way to ensure that electricity bills are sent through the roof. Instead, try to spread your favorite refreshing, cool peppermint essential oil in the room where you spend the most time helping to eliminate heat.

Essential Oil Diffusers Are Great Mosquito & Insect Repellents

No one likes mosquitoes-but when the trade-off means using mosquito repellent full of DEET, DEET is a toxic chemical that is particularly harmful to children, so mosquito control often looks like a loss. However, scientists have shown that the oil diffuser can be used as a safe and efficient mosquito repellent. Studies have shown that a diffusion oil mixture containing clove essential oil and lemongrass essential oil will repel a mosquito that carries Zika virus, the Aedes mosquito, at a rate of 100%.

Appetite control

Like chewing gum, oil dispersions can help stimulate the senses by suppressing appetite. New research shows that dispersed peppermint oil can help suppress appetite by causing satiety in the body. The diffused peppermint oil has also been shown to increase energy.

Improves Cognitive Function

Using essential oils in the diffuser is an efficient way to overload the brain cells. Again, this effect works on multiple levels. First of all, many essential oils have adaptable properties, which means they will soothe you when you are under stress, but they will also give you a refreshing feeling when you feel depressed or sluggish. By balancing emotions, the oil in the air will help you focus.

In addition, there are several essential oils that are known for their powerful ability to balance human hormones. With regular use, these oils can actually help heal the root cause that hinders cognitive function.

The Most Common Ingredients

Basil Essential Oil is used to increase concentration and relieve certain symptoms of depression. It can relieve headaches and migraines. Avoid taking it during pregnancy.

Bergamot Essential Oil may be able to be used in the urinary tract and digestive tract. When mixed with Eucalyptus Oil, it may help relieve skin problems, including problems caused by stress and chickenpox.

Citronella Essential Oil is a relative of lemongrass and can be used as an insect repellent.

Clove Essential Oil is a topical pain reliever or analgesic, usually used for toothache. It can also be used as an antispasmodic and antiemetic to prevent vomiting and nausea, and it can also be used as a fragrance to prevent gas in the intestines. It has antibacterial, antioxidant and antifungal properties.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil can help relieve respiratory discomfort during a cold or flu. It is often combined with peppermint. Many people are allergic to eucalyptus, so be careful.

Lavender Essential Oil is used as an antiseptic for small wounds and burns to enhance relaxation and sleep. It is said to relieve headache and migraine symptoms.

Rosemary Essential Oil can promote hair growth, enhance memory, prevent muscle cramps and support the circulatory system and nervous system. Some people believe that sandalwood oil has aphrodisiac effect.
