Ink Block Features Mixed Use Living on the Former Boston Herald Site

The old Boston Herald site has since been transformed and remade into mixed-use living in Boston’s South End. Now known as Ink Block, the site consists of hundreds of residences, retailers, restaurants, and plenty of added amenities. The area is home to tens of thousands of square feet of retail space, alone. This means those living in the area can count on live within close proximity of countless shops and restaurants. In fact, there are many different opportunities for dining, shopping, and nightlife available living at Ink Block. The area also means living close to galleries and public transportation in Boston.  The multi-building development includes such residential amenities as a rooftop swimming pool and fitness center, a dog washing station, garage parking, and 24-hour concierge service, depending on the unit and building. Sepia at Ink Block is a luxury condo community with ground level retail space, and condos ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts.
