Redbrook Offers Homes Inspired by Nature

With its tall trees, cranberry bogs and natural terrain, Redbrook in Plymouth is seemingly inspired by nature. The 1,400-acre site is partially reserved for the development’s 1,200 homes, while much of the rest of the land is left, more-or-less, in its natural state. This means room to swim, fish, or kayak, plus do some biking and hiking close to home. Along with some of the ponds and trails in the community, Redbrook also offers a farm-to-table restaurant, a meeting house, a YMCA with an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and a therapy healing pond. As for some of its homes, living in Redbrook means choosing from a variety of options, including single-family homes, twin homes, attached townhomes, or detached condos. Buyers can expect to find open floor plans with such desirable features as walk-in closets, high ceilings, full basements, and some gourmet kitchens. A detached bungalow in Redbrook includes two-bedrooms, two-baths, and around 1,700 square feet of living space. This single-level residence also comes with a full lower level, including the possibility of a walk-out. There’s also the option for a slightly larger plan with three-bedrooms.  Many of the detached two-story floorplans in Redbrook contain three-bedrooms and two-baths. These homes often feature at least 1,700 square feet of living space. Many of the townhomes in Redbrook include full basements and a two-car garage. You will also likely find gourmet kitchens, high ceilings, and walk-in closets with townhomes in the Redbrook community. As for some of the twin homes in Redbrook you’ll probably find a two-bedroom plan with a study and 1,800 square feet of living space, or even a slightly smaller plan with two-bedrooms and 2.5-baths. The Redbrook community sits close to Downtown Plymouth, plus its within an hour drive of Boston and Providence. The location is a reasonable distance from area shops, restaurants, and other conveniences.
