For spacious townhomes with low HOA fees, you’ll probably want to take a second look at Milano in North Naples. The fees in this community are paid quarterly and go to fund a number of shared amenities throughout the larger development. Made up of around 250 townhomes in total, the Milano community is further divided into four sub-sections, each of which is covered by its own individual board, as well as the master board. Living in Milano means access to such shared amenities as a community swimming pool and sundeck, plus a basketball court, tennis courts, and a recreation pavilion. The non-gated development is also home to several acres of lakes, preserve, and conservation land. As for the homes of Milano, floorplans from Pulte Homes include a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome with a one-car garage. This layout has around 1,500 square feet of living space in a two-level design. There is also a slightly larger townhome from Pulte with a two-car garage. The bedrooms all sit on the upper level of the townhome, with the main living space below. While built around the mid 2000s, some of the townhomes have been more recently updated with newer upgrades inside and out. This means some units with new flooring and countertops, as well as newer stainless-steel appliances. There are also some townhomes in the development with newer roofs. You’ll find the centrally located Milano community on Livingston Road, between Bonita Beach Road and Immokalee Road in North Naples. The location means living within a short drive of area shops, restaurants, beaches, and entertainment offerings. The Milano development is also relatively close to I-75 and other major roadways, making for an easier commute around Naples and the surrounding region. As well, the townhomes are also within a short distance of highly rated public schools.
