A new luxury townhome complex is headed to North Naples. Pulte Homes recently announced plans for the gated new enclave of Sonoma Oaks. When fully built-out, Sonoma Oaks will include space for 114 new townhomes, marketed to appeal to those interested in the enjoyment of a maintenance-free lifestyle. Buyers can expect to find open floor plans with around 1,800 to 1,900 square feet of living space. The new townhomes of Sonoma Oaks will come with three-bedrooms, 2.5-baths and a two-car garage. According to Pulte Homes, they will also come with some flexible living space, allowing new buyers to adapt the homes to their individual lifestyle needs. There will be some things that the townhomes do have in common, including a kitchen with a large center island. The new townhomes will also include a lanai with ether peaceful preserve or lake views. In addition, the builder will incorporate some smart home technology features into the townhomes of Sonoma Oaks. As for the community itself, plans call for a swimming pool and cabana, but there is no CDD. The homebuilder expects to begin construction on model homes in Sonoma Oaks sometime during the first half of this year. Sales could kick off in late 2022. You’ll find Sonoma Oaks just to the west of Collier Boulevard in Naples. The location is a short drive from a local grocery store and not far from major retailers. Nearby options for recreation include the new Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park, with its swimming pool, sports fields, a playground and amphitheater. The community also sits close to North Collier Regional park, with its numerous soccer and baseball fields, its playground and waterpark, plus its indoor fitness facility.
