An intimate new Boating Community is coming to The Moorings. Expected to deliver in 2022, the new construction residences of La Perle front Hurricane Harbor and should deliver some fantastic Gulf views. When finished, the entire development will consist of just 15 residences and 11 boat slips. Floor plans start at just under 2,300 square feet of living space, with some of the largest residences commanding more than 2,900 square feet of space under air.  All of the units come with three-bedrooms and up to 3.5-baths. The new luxury condo community consists of two buildings. A four-story waterfront building will make room for 12 condos. Of course, the nearby boat docks easily present the enjoyment of a true Southwest Florida lifestyle out on the water. The waterfront development of La Perle is the newest condo property to join The Moorings in more than 10 years. The Moorings is made up of condos, such as the new La Perle development, and some single-family homes. While a waterfront lifestyle is certainly an advantage, the location also presents a number of other options for future residents. Nearby shopping and dining can be found at popular Third Street South and 5th Avenue South. In addition, Waterside Shops, Mercato and the Village Shops on Venetian Bay are all a reasonable distance from The Moorings. You’ll find La Perle along Gulf Shore Boulevard. The luxury condos are going up at the site of the former Kingston Club. They should be finished sometime next year.
